The principal of DFA Consulting Inc. is David Atwater, who has over 35 years' experience in commercial real estate solutions - including appraisal, investment analysis, and software design.

As Product Manager of Argus Developer during the period of 2002 - 2008, David was responsible for the design of Finance Structures, a significant new area of the program. Now a private consultant specializing in Argus Developer, he is an Argus Developer Certified Consultant and an expert in many aspects of Microsoft Excel.
